It's been a long time in the planning, but I'm delighted to say your new site is now here for you to enjoy. Take a look for yourselves and you'll soon find all your favourite features accompanied by much more.
The new site is a direct result of what you, our customers, have been telling us you want on PhotoBox.

Feel free to voice your opinions on our blog. We're really interested to hear what you like about the new site and anything you think we could still improve on. Remember, this is just the beginning for the new site. We will continue to add more products, community features and other interesting ideas to inspire your creativity.

Dear all
We continue to make releases to the website each week with new or reinstated features, products and performance changes. Here are some recent notable changes.
You have all been very patient but it is now possible to select photos from albums shared with you in books and other creations. When designing creations, your work is now automatically saved every 10 minutes to avoid any loss of data. And, also by popular demand you can now cut-and-paste caption text in from other applications such as Word.
Some of you missed the feature to turn off print credits in the basket. This is now reinstated using a link at the bottom of the basket. By default, if you have applicable credits they will be used.
We’ve fixed a few cookie problems recently. In particular some customers were having problems going to the checkout pages and instead getting bounced to our front page. And some customers were getting regularly logged out. Both are now fixed.
Customer service feedback indicated that more of you were having problems uploading in the browser than before. We tracked this down to a rare conflict with the facebook uploader. We’ve now upgraded our version and seen many of the issues go away.
We continue to make performance improvements to the site but sometimes it is a case of one step forward and two steps backward. We made a release on Thursday last week which slowed down the website noticeably last night during 2 high activity hours. We have now rolled that change back, until the problem is fully identified and fixed. Apologies to anyone affected by that slowdown.
As usual, your feedback is very important to us and directly influences the order in which we release features and changes. Please keep it coming.
