Wedding Album: I ordered an XL Landscape Wedding Album totalling £250 (50% off voucher applied but still a lot of money). I noticed a typo on the front cover!!! I couldn’t believe it. I was devastated and I only noticed after a couple of weeks. Contacted Photobox and explained the importance of the book. As a good will gesture they immediately agreed to send an entire copy of the book with any corrections I required. I was over the moon to say the least. What a service?!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough and the quality is second to none! Thank you so much Photobox!

I’ve used photobox for over 10 years. Originally to produce wedding albums for my clients. Over the years I’ve completed over 50 albums for friends and family and I have never had a problem. You get what you pay for especially lay flat on Matt paper - my favourite. Thoroughly recommend Photobox especially when lots of special offers are available.

Overall a great product and service
The system is easy to use, I make annual photo books for our family. And also smaller books for friends after holidays - this year I made a mistake and only realised after I had ordered. I called as soon as I could and the customer services person was brilliant, helped me resolve the issue and I was most grateful. I do find the books expensive, and tend to wait until there is an offer code. Quality of the books is excellent and delivery is quick.
