GPO delivery problem
After the first order was apparently lost by the Post Office (no show after 2 weeks on a 2-3 day delivery contract) you kindly reprinted my book, which I received just 4 days later. Thanks (and would you believe it, the GPO copy arrived 3 days later, well over 2 weeks late!)
