Recreating past photo projects with Photobox

Learn about the recent updates to our product creation software and where to find your past photos.
We’ve recently updated our creation tools and launched a new range of exciting products. Read on for a list of FAQs, from where to find your stored photos to navigating new product names.
Where are my past creations?
To ensure a smooth transition to our updated creation experience with enhanced editors, we asked you to save any past projects before July 1st. As of July 2nd, these projects are no longer accessible.
Where are my stored photos?
Your photos are still safely stored in your account. To access them:
Go to “My Photos” in your account.
Click “View my photos“
Click “Activate” to make your photos available for use
You can then download them to your device and re-upload them to your new creations in our editor.
Your activated photos will be available for 18 months. Any purchase during this time will extend your free storage for another 18 months. For more details, please see our terms and conditions.
I can’t find a specific product, where do I go?
We haven’t just revamped our editing tools, we also have a whole new product range. Alongside introducing new sizes and options to help spark your creativity, we’ve also changed some existing products.

Unchanged products: Find your familiar favourites, ready for your next project
Renamed products: Discover products with updated names but essentially the same sizes
